We had an excellent stay at Emily's place. She accommodated a last minute reservation and I am only sad we didn't stay for more than one night. The house is private and very comfortable with excellent amenities. I would highly recommend and would stay again if I am in Rochester.

Had a great experience at Emily's place! The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the spacious living room and updated kitchen amenities. The location is walkable to restaurants, bars, cafes, and museums. She was also flexible with timing on arrival and checkout as our travel plans shifted. Highly recommend!

I 100% recommend this Airbnb! There were 6 of us staying here and it accommodated everyone perfectly. The space is large and decorated beautifully. We loved how big the kitchen is and how easy it was to cook. The location is amazing also, it is so close to everything! You can walk to Park ave where there are so many things to do.
Emily and Amanda were perfect hosts as well. They responded extremely quick and were so kind and helpful in their responses. We are all extremely pleased with our stay here and I would definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough about this place and the hosts!
If I had a question it was answered in minutes and they were fully attentive without being too much. It was so clean, everything was pristine. Floors, counters, bathrooms, corners, carpets, everything.

Hi! We are a family of four with two teenagers and Emily/Amanda’s place was great for us! There was lots of room to spread out, a lovely kitchen, homey living room and a driveway for our car. The hosts were really responsive and flexible. I highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Emily’s 3 bed, 2 bath home in Rochester. The location is a real highlight can’t be beat. Most places are walkable and anything else is a short drive. Emily was welcoming and took time to share helpful local recommendations, which we really appreciated. Heavy snow while we visited and all materials to keep the walkways safe and clean were provided.
The beds, sheets, and linens were very comfortable, and the fireplace made the space feel cozy, especially in the evenings. The home is historic in nature and some areas reflect that like the stairs as photographed steep, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a very convenient location, and we would recommend it.
