Emily was helpful from day one! We came from California for Christmas and a Buffalo Bills game. The place was absolutely fabulous. We walked in the beautiful snow to restaurants, where the service and food was great.
Our family spent time laughing and playing games by the cozy fire place every night.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and make great memories. Highly recommend staying at this cozy house.
Thank you Emily for your fast response to questions and easy check out procedures.

Excellent air bnb! The place is clean, organized, and nicely decorated. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into it. There is a small office room connected to one of the bedrooms and it actually worked perfectly for our baby to sleep in with the pack n play. We also loved that we had access to some great restaurants and coffee shops with a very short walk to Park Ave. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This house was so lovely and had everything we needed for our stay! We loved the backyard and the surrounding neighborhood. There are incredible artistic touches in this house that make it especially unique. The hosts responded very quickly to questions and were super helpful with their instructions. We would definitely stay here again for any upcoming trips to Rochester!! This home is super convenient to the downtown area while still being tucked away in a gorgeous historical neighborhood with sidewalks and an easy walk to local restaurants.

This house was stylish, clean, and comfortable and in a perfect location - easy to take advantage off all Rochester has to offer! The only thing I would note is that the stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep and you have to go down a few steps and back up between a bedroom and the upstairs bathroom. No big deal for us, but a warning for those traveling with small children/less sure footed visitors.
